In a very windy finals session - wind coming straiight off the Pacific from the west - Hannah maintained her position in the 2 Fly at 2:15 and Adam finished 5th at 55.9. Good outing for both athletes racing many of the USA's best leading up to Nationals in Irvine later this summer.
Closing out the Santa Clara Grand Prix, Hannah is 7th in the 200 fly (2:14.71) and Adam is 4th in the 100 back (55.75) after Sunday's prelims. Live webcast begins at 5:00 PM PST or 7:00 PM CST for tonight's finals.

The rain stopped and everyone played on a wet but good course. The 6th annual WSAC Golf Outing was a successful day all the way around. Hannah swam to a new best at the 2014 Santa Clara Grand Prix today in the prelims of the 100 M Fly. Hannah raced to 1:01.61 and went 1:01.8 in finals. Her previous best was from a rested meet in Indy in March so a very good sign to be going this fast in June. Hannah and Adam will race on Sunday in the 200 Fly and 100 Back.

At the 5 km National race Sunday AM, Cass swam to about 15th place and finished in the second big group. She says she was more comfortable in today's event than the 10 KM on Friday. Results are slow in coming...

Kaylyn Schoof and Lucy Thomas established new team records in recent meets. Kaylyn bettered Alex Meyer's 11/12 400 IM record 5:29.90 at the OCON meet and Lucy Thomas broke her own record in the 25 breast 18.42 at the EBSC All America meet. Congrats!
