Gwen Worlton raced the prelims in the 100 Breast this morning in Irvine, CA. Her time of 1:13.1 was off her best by less than a second. Gwen races again later in the week in the 200 Br and Alex Meyers will race the 50 M Free too.

There have been many champions, Team and State records made and additional Central Zone - Team Wisconsin qualifiers throughout the meet. The Schroeder squad will finish in 3rd place overall, closely behind BAC and SWAT. The top three teams have distanced themselves from the remaining teams at the contest. Schroeder finished well at the 2014 Speedo Section 1 Championship. The Women were 2nd, the Men 7th and overall Schroeder came 4th by just 4 points to Minnesota's team. The finale of the meet combined Schroeder's four fastest strokers in their respective events - Schroeder won the 4 x 100 Women's Medley Relay in a new club and state record. Schroeder enjoyed a good day in Iowa and had a productive finals session tonight. The team is in fourth overall, 12 th in Men and 2nd in Women. Schroeder enjoyed a good first day at the 2014 Speedo Section 1 Championships in Iowa City.
